How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for resin and silicone products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to the chemical nature of epoxy resin and silicone, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or partially used for safety and quality control reasons.
Are Let's Resin products non-toxic?
Our epoxy resins are formulated to be low-odor and non-toxic when used as directed in a well-ventilated area. They are VOC-free and BPA-free; however, we always recommend wearing gloves and protective eyewear during the curing process.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
What should I do if my resin arrives yellowed or damaged?
While we ensure our products are fresh, extreme temperatures during transit can sometimes affect the appearance. If your product arrives damaged or significantly yellowed, please contact our support team with your order number and photos for a replacement.
